Advertising Sizes and Rates (in inches)

Ads must be camera/display ready on white paper with black ink. Color ads are accepted with an additional charge of $50.00 for two color and $100.00 for four color. Camera ready means the ad meets exact size specifications and requires no additional work.



Please send original photos with the ads if not screened. Type setting and layout services will be charged at a minimum of $25.00 per hour if your ads are not camera ready.



Liability on all ads shall not exceed the cost of the space occupied by the ad. If you have any questions or would like a quote on producing camera ready ads, please call Jill Turner at (269) 948-2497.

Are you interested in becoming a vendor?

Our spaces fill up very fast, although, you can always be added to the waiting list, just call! In the meantime, please note that booth space is limited to exhibitors whose products and services are fiber-related.

2010 Vendor Listing



Appropriate Products:
Natural fibers, roving and yarns. Fiber-crafted supplies, dyes, spinning wheels, and looms. Items produced from natural fibers. Books about fibers and their uses. Items related to the care of fiber-producing animals. Handmade baskets.


Are animals allowed at the vendor booth?
No. Please remember to leave your pets at home. No animals will be allowed on the fairgrounds.
