Welcome llama and alpaca exhibitors.

Place:  Delano Barn ( main large barn)

Stall and Ranch display booths are available to promote your animals and the wonderful fiber they produce. These stalls are located in the large alpaca/llama barn.

 

 Ranch Displays:  Display Fee: $50.00

(10' x 10')  Ranch displays are not vendor sales booths but are for the education, information and promotion of your animals. Raw fiber, roving and yarn  made from your animals may be sold from your ranch display. One 8' table  and 2 chairs are provided. Electricity is available upon request.

 

 Llama and Alpaca Stalls: Stall Fee: $50.00

Animals may be sold from stalls. Select preferred stall set up on application.  No more than 2 llamas or 3 alpacas per stall.  1) 9' x 9' width, bring your own 9 ft. gate for front.  2) 10' x 10' width, use 10 ft. wood slat gate supplied.  The stalls have wood slat sides, dirt floor and easy access to electricity  for fans.  In an effort to protect the health of your animals, all alpacas and llamas will be health checked. Set up at the Allegan County Fairgrounds is  between 3 and 8 P.M. on Friday, August 15, 2008. All animals must be in  place Friday, August 15 no later than 8:00 P.M. Animal stalls are available during the Workshops on Thursday with health check and prior  arrangements. Animals will be released at 4 P.M. on Sunday, August 17. No  early releases, please.  Remember, all health certificates will be checked. Animals may not be  unloaded until they have been cleared by the appointed festival personnel.  Any animal with signs of poor health or infectious disease must be removed  from the grounds immediately. Animals transported with suspect animals may be subject to similar treatment.
